Farewell 2013

2013 started out well – Juliana continued to thrive in first grade, Ruslan started preschool in January and Wyatt finally joined him in April.

Scott and I ran away on a last minute cruise that was amazing.  And then 2 weeks later Scott was in a car accident and the next few months were very difficult. March and April were a blur and when May arrived Scott finally started to make some improvements.

In April we found out that Wyatt would need surgery and I was promoted which started a crazy time for me – more travel and a lot more work.

Juliana started to enjoy soccer even more in the spring and started to get excited about playing each week.

In between business trips and a busy work schedule we managed to fill our summer with lots of fun. There were several days spent at Kennywood, baseball games, concerts, and other good times.

Before I knew it Juliana had turned eight, Halloween came and went and the holidays were here. The years go by in a blink and suddenly we are a year older and toddlers change in to preschoolers and the children change so much.
